It's a real box alright. The cart itself is common, I saw hundreds of those at Atari, Slough, UK, the box is a different matter, pretty rare.

I think this is a PAL-only release. From memory, it was supplied as a bundle with some 2600 Jr's. I don't know if it ever was boxed, or if the scanned box shown is a mock-up. The artwork shows Mario Bros characters, but that game isn't on the cart.

$!#%#\?! How did nobody notice this box features Cooper Black Font lettering?
It even has the cheap crappy mishmash artwork typical of bootlegs!
The origin of this cart is very mysterious. <_<
